Why Noir Dove?
Stalled or Slowed Revenue is a Signal.
Time to Fix Strategy, Alignment, Execution.
We built Noir Dove because we watched good products and strong teams stall for the same fixable reason.
We started Noir Dove after watching good products and strong teams stall for a reason nobody wanted to name: the alignment between product, marketing, and sales had quietly come apart. The concept was solid. The market was ready. The teams just weren’t moving as one.
Before Noir Dove, we were the ones building and operating revenue systems from scratch, not advising from the outside. We lived the hassle ourselves: getting teams to actually work from the same plan, building processes that held up past the first quarter, and setting up the technology that made the numbers trustworthy instead of just present.
Our core expertise is scaling deep tech businesses: cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, healthtech, and AI companies where the founder is usually the most technical person in the room, not the one who naturally thinks in pipeline and positioning.
Revenue clarity isn’t a report you read once. It’s the system that keeps sales, marketing, product, BDRs, and leadership reading the same numbers, so a small gap between two teams gets caught before it turns into a quarter of stalled growth. GTM structuring is what turns that clarity into a system your own team can run.
Revenue Clarity, Built By Founders, For Founders.
Every Person on the Team Can Tell You Which Number We're Chasing
Everyone on the team can tell you the number we're chasing this quarter
There's no account exec who only knows their slice. Every person on an engagement can tell a client exactly which revenue number the work is pointed at, and why.
Every deliverable ties to a number, not a checkbox
We don't bill for activity. If a deliverable doesn't move a specific revenue metric, we don't build it. That is the whole test.
We know 300-plus GTM tools well enough to tell you which ones you don't need
GTM stacks are bloated with tools nobody uses correctly. We've worked inside Salesforce, HubSpot, and more than 300 other platforms, and half our advice to founders is which tool to stop paying for.
Small Gaps Between Revenue Teams Compound Into Slowed and Stalled Growth
Over the last decade we’ve worked with strong B2B products and founders living their dream every day, and we kept seeing the same pattern: growth would plateau, teams would drift off track, and everyone would still be working hard. Effort was never the problem. A small gap between what marketing believed and what sales was actually pitching would open up, then widen every quarter it went unnoticed.
Almost every deep tech founder we meet gets their read on revenue the same way: a conversation with the VP of Sales, a Slack thread with the marketing lead, a gut check with whoever ran the last campaign. Each person describes their own slice accurately and confidently, and none of it adds up to where the business actually stands. The founder ends up with several confident opinions and no reliable way to tell which one deserves their next quarter of attention.
Each gap looks small on its own. Together, they stall growth.

Places we consistently find the gap once we start looking, across cybersecurity, B2B SaaS, healthtech, and AI companies:
Positioning That Never Reaches the Economic Buyer
Technical founders build the story for the engineer or practitioner in the room. The CISO, CFO, or economic buyer who actually signs needs a completely different conversation, and rarely gets one.
Pipeline Marketing and Sales Define Differently
Marketing hits its lead targets. Sales says the leads are wrong. Both are right, because nobody agreed on the ICP after the product moved past its first customers.
Messaging Built Around Features, Not the Buyer's Problem
A founder who can explain the architecture in detail struggles to explain, in one sentence, why a non-technical buyer should care. Deals stall in exactly that gap.
Campaigns Tested Against Activity, Not Revenue
Impressions and clicks look fine. Nobody can say which campaign actually moved a deal forward, so budget keeps going to what is easy to measure, not what works.
Retention Problems Traced Back to the Sale, Not the Product
Customers churn at month six or twelve. Product gets blamed. The real gap is usually what was promised at the close versus what the product could actually deliver on day one.
We started Noir Dove to give founders revenue clarity and the GTM structuring that follows it: a system that catches misalignment between marketing, sales, product, and leadership while it is still small, before it turns into a quarter of stalled growth. Founders don't need another campaign. They need to see the gap before it costs them a number.
Our Mission
To help founders and their teams close the gaps between marketing, sales, product, and leadership before those gaps show up as stalled growth.
Our Vision
Deep tech founders stop finding out about a revenue problem after it has already cost them a quarter. Revenue clarity becomes something they see continuously, run by their own team.
